The Land Registry received 8,539 sale and purchase agreements for all types of building units in November, up 13% over October and 6% on November last year.
The total consideration of these agreements was $25.9 billion, up 19.3% over October but down 8.8% on November last year.
Among the 8,539 sale and purchase agreements, 7,106 were for residential units, up 12.2% over October, and 12.7% year-on-year.
The total consideration of these agreements was $19.5 billion, up 7.2% over October and 0.3% on November last year.
