A site on the Peak is up for sale under the application listing system, the Lands Department says. It will be put up for auction with a $768 million opening bid on December 19 at the Cultural Centre.

It is located at Peak Pavilions, 12 Mt Kellett Road. It is the fourth land auction this year.

Designated for residential development, the lot is a 7,353-square-metre site, and a minimum gross floor area of 2,378 square metres must be completed.
