Land Registry transactions down 32.6%

The Land Registry received 7,554 sale and purchase agreements for all types of building units in October, down 32.6% on September and 23.4% on October last year.

 

The total consideration of these agreements was $21.7 billion, down 36.3% on September and 39.2% on October last year.

 

Among the 7,554 sale and purchase agreements, 6,335 were for residential units, down 35.4% on September, and 25.9% year-on-year.

 

The total consideration of these agreements in the month was $18.2 billion, down 37.3% on September and 39.3% on October last year.
