Chief Secretary for Administration Rafael Hui will officiate at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council annual dinner in London on October 31.

During his visit, Mr Hui will meet Ambassador Zha Peixin at the Chinese Embassy. He will also attend a roundtable meeting with members of the Hong Kong Association in London.

Mr Hui will return to Hong Kong November 2. During his absence, Secretary for Housing, Planning & Lands Michael Suen will be Acting Chief Secretary for Administration.
