Financial services job fair to open
*

More than 40 renowned institutions will join the Financial Services Career Exhibition at the Polytechnic University from October 26.

Co-organised by the Advisory Committee on Human Resources Development in the Financial Services Sector and the univeristy, the three-day exhibition will highlight career prospects in banks, insurance companies, accounting firms, investment institutions, financial regulators and other professional bodies.

Committee Chairman Chan Tze-ching said tailor-made career talks and seminars will be conducted for those interested in a financial services career. Employers will share their expectations of new recruits and the talent they are looking for, while students will learn from the extensive experience of industry practitioners.

The exhibition is the third in a series of events organised to foster mutual understanding and encourage co-operation between the financial services sector and academia on issues related to the industry's manpower development. Click here to see the participant list.
