A residential site in Ma On Shan has been successfully triggered for sale under the Application List System, the second for the month, the Lands Department says. The lot will be auctioned at the Cultural Centre on November 28, with an opening bid of $2.4 billion.

The lot will be offered together with New Kowloon Inland Lot No.6374 at 1 Broadcast Drive at this year's third Government land auction.

With a site area of about 16,440 square metres, a minimum gross floor area of 49,320 square metres must be completed at the Ma On Shan site, which is designated 'residential'. The final conditions of sale will be posted here.
