Spam message bill seminar to be held
*
Trade & Industry Department

The Support & Consultation Centre for Small & Medium Enterprises will hold an seminar on the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Bill on October 19, briefing entrepreneurs on how the new regulation will affect their business.

The bill will set ground rules for sending uninvited commercial electronic messages.

Office of the Telecommunications Authority Head of Information & Communications Technologies Henry Chang will join Radica Systems' eMarketing Consultant Leo Lau to explain the bill's details and implementation timetable. They will also advise business owners on the preparations for the impact or changes arising from the bill, particularly in e-Marketing.

The free seminar will be held 2.30pm to 4.30pm at Central Library. Click here to register by October 17 or call 2375 7105 for enquiries.
