Delegation concludes Hunan visit
*

The Hong Kong Financial Services Delegation to Hunan, led by the Secretary for Financial Services & the Treasury Frederick Ma, has concluded its three-day visit after inspecting two manufacturing enterprises in Changsha.

They were a vehicle manufacturer and air-conditioner production company. A seminar on listing in Hong Kong for Hunan enterprises was also held by Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing.

During the visit, a number of agreements were signed to boost exchange and co-operation in financial services between Hong Kong and Hunan.

Besides meeting with senior Hunan Provincial Government officials, the delegates attended seminars and had fruitful exchanges with their Hunan counterparts, gaining a better understanding of the province's latest developments.

The delegation, comprising more than 100 prominent figures, is the first financial services delegation led by the Government to visit Hunan at the invitation of the provincial government under the Pan-Pearl River Delta Regional Co-operation Framework.
