Secretary for Financial Services & the Treasury Frederick Ma will depart for Hanoi tomorrow to attend the 13th Finance Ministers' Meeting of the Asia Pacific Economic Co-operation.

This year's meeting has two themes:

* promoting public finance efficiency and sustainability - towards stable and efficient revenue sources; and

* financial-sector reform to attract capital flows.

While attending the two-day programme, Mr Ma will exchange views with finance ministers from other APEC member economies, international organisations and business-sector representatives.
