The Securities & Futures Commission is investigating Ocean Grand Holdings and Ocean Grand Chemicals Holdings to see if their business has been conducted for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

The commission has launched the probe due to the latest developments of the two companies. They have obtained court orders for the appointment of provisional liquidators.
