Two consents for the sale of 1,847 flats were issued in the second quarter of this year, the Lands Department says.

Both uncompleted residential developments will be finished next year - the Tsuen Wan project by September and the Wan Chai one by December.

In the second quarter, the department also issued one consent to assign 1,054 units in Kowloon West.

As at the end of June, 13 applications for consent to sell residential units, and seven applications for consent to sell commercial developments were pending approval.
