Land Registry transactions down 8.8%

The Land Registry received 8,508 sale and purchase agreements for all types of building units in June, down 8.8% on May and 32.9% on June last year.

 

The total consideration of these agreements in the month was $24.6 billion, down 26% on May and 35.2% on June last year.

 

Among the 8,508 sale and purchase agreements, 7,150 were for residential units, down 8.5% on May and 33.5% year-on-year.

 

The total consideration of these agreements was $19.4 billion, down 16.9% on May and 36.6% on June last year.
