Invest Hong Kong has expanded its Guangzhou office and plans to open offices in Shanghai and Chengdu later this year.
The expansion comes just two weeks after the establishment of its Beijing operation.
InvestHK Director-General of Investment Promotion Mike Rowse said a bigger presence in Guangzhou caters for the rapid growth in local demand for its services.
The office will also serve other provinces such as Fujian, Jiangxi, Guangxi and Hainan.
"Private companies in the Mainland are maturing quickly, and many are ready and willing to move beyond the domestic market," he said.
"Our job is to help them achieve the transition - realise the ambition - and we have a very solid track record in doing so."
Mr Rowse said InvestHK has helped 90 Mainland companies establish or expand operations in Hong Kong in the past three years.
