*

A residential site at Cheung Sha on Lantau Island will be sold in the year's first Government land auction on July 18.

The Lands Department has accepted the minimum guaranteed bid of $14.4675 million for the lot, which will be the opening bid.

Lot 246 in DD331 at Cheung Fu Street, Cheung Sha, has a site area of 2,240 square metres and a minimum gross floor area of 538 square metres must be completed. The site is designated for private residential purposes.

The final conditions of sale will be uploaded to the department's website by June 30, when the particulars of the land auction will also be gazetted.
