Seminar offers quality services advice

Trade & Industry Department

Award-winning retail-industry entrepreneurs will share their customer-service knowledge and experience at a free seminar on April 27.

 

The Trade & Industry Department's Support & Consultation Centre for SMEs and the Hong Kong Retail Management Association are co-organising the seminar, entitled "Benchmarking - Experience Sharing by 2005 Service Retailers of the Year".

 

It will be held from 2.30pm to 5.30pm at the Lecture Theatre, G/F, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay.  

 

Speakers include winners of the "2005 Service Retailers of the Year" awards under the "Mystery Shoppers Programme". Among them are TSL Jewellery, Sa Sa International Holdings - La Colline Shop, Chinese Arts & Crafts, SmarTone-Vodafon and Giordano.

 

It will be conducted in Cantonese. Interested parties are asked to register by April 25 as seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
