Chief Executive Donald Tsang will lead a delegation of Government officials and local business leaders to attend the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2006 in Hainan April 21 to 23.

Mr Tsang will attend the opening, at which Vice President Zeng Qinghong will deliver a keynote speech, and will later address a luncheon.

Officials accompanying Mr Tsang include Secretary for Commerce, Industry & Technology Joseph Wong, Chief Executive's Office Director John Tsang, and Beijing Office Acting Director Patrick Nip.
