Hong Kong Disneyland has been urged to improve ticketing arrangements after ticket-holders have been denied entry to the park for a second day.
The Economic Development & Labour Bureau said it is very concerned that paying guests were unable to enter the theme park today and yesterday.
Disneyland adopted a new ticketing arrangement last month. Except for special days, guests can use these tickets for admission within 180 days from the date of purchase.
The bureau feels these advanced sales has caused a lot of inconvenience and has called for improvement.
Disneyland has assured the Government it will take measures to avoid recurrence, such as reviewing the need to designate more days as special days for peak seasons, stepping up co-ordination with travel agencies, and issuing notices to guests in good time of the position on the sale of tickets and admission.
