The Insider Dealing Tribunal has found five people to have engaged in insider dealing in its inquiry into the listed securities of Easy Concepts and Easyknit.
They are Easy Concepts and Easyknit chairman Koon Wing-yee, vice-chairman Alan Tsang, his wife Helena Sum, his sister Christina Tsang, and Koon's business acquaintance Sonny Chan.
The inquiry involved eight implicated parties and 25 witnesses, and 54 hearing days. The tribunal, chaired by Justice McMahon, made no finding of insider dealing against three other people.
