2 pre-sale consents for residential units issued

October saw the issue of two pre-sale consents involving 1,514 residential units of a development at Sham Mong Road in Kowloon and a pre-sale consent for a commercial development in Kwai Chung, the Lands Department says.

 

The Sham Mong Road residential development is expected to be completed by May 2007.

 

The department also issued one consent to assign involving 1,664 residential units in Tung Chung.

 

At the end of October, there were six applications for pre-sale consent pending approval, involving a total of 4,105 residential units. Two applications involving 2,159 residential units in Tsuen Wan and Wan Chai are expected to be completed by August next year. Four applications involving 1,946 residential units in Yau Tong, Tung Chung, Pokfulam and Kwai Chung are expected to be completed by August 2007.

 

There were two applications for pre-sale consent for commercial developments in Hung Hom pending approval, and two applications for consent to assign 2,216 residential units in Tuen Mun and Sheung Shui.
