The Board of Directors of The Link Management Limited has accepted the resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director Alfred Li.
The Housing Authority said Mr Li had tendered a six-month resignation notice, citing personal reasons.
The authority thanked Mr Li wholeheartedly for his contribution to the The Link and the divestment project. It will identify a suitable replacement as soon as possible.
The Link was set up to manage the real estate investment trust set up for the divestment of the Housing Authority's retail and car-parking facilities.
