6 pre-sale consents issued in January

Lands Department

The Lands Department issued one consent to sell 764 residential units and five consents to sell uncompleted commercial developments in January.

 

The residential development, in Fanling, should be completed in April next year. The department issued one consent to assign involving 1,446 units.

 

At the end of January, there were 18 applications for pre-sale consent pending approval, involving 7,399 units. Among them, seven applications involving 747 units will be completed this year. Ten applications involving 6,442 units will be completed next year and the remaining application with 210 units will be completed in March, 2009.

 

There were two applications for pre-sale consent for commercial developments pending approval at the end of January. There were three applications for consent to assign involving 2,310 units and three for consent to assign for commercial developments pending approval.
