Kowloon Bay site up for auction
*
Lands Department

A site in Kowloon Bay has been triggered for sale under the Application List system, and an auction is slated for February 22 in the afternoon at the Cultural Centre.

The Lands Department said the Government has accepted the applicant's minimum guaranteed bid of $608 million for the New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6310 at the junction of Sheung Yuet Road and Wang Chiu Road. This will be the starting price for the sale of the lot at the auction.

The lot has a site area of 4,715 square metres and the minimum gross floor area to be completed is 33,948 square metres.

The site is designated for non-residential purposes and is sold with a planning approval for hotel development.

The conditions of sale for the lot will be available for distribution and uploaded onto the department's website by February 4 when the land auction's particulars will also be gazetted.
