The Lands Department issued two consents for the sale of 1,792 residential units and one for an uncompleted commercial project in October.
The two residential developments, in Kowloon and Tsuen Wan, are set for completion between April and December next year.
At the end of October, there were 15 applications for pre-sale consent pending approval, involving 10,418 units. Among these, one case involving 1,576 units is expected to be completed by December, eight involving 3,618 units by December next year. The remaining six involving 5,224 units are due for completion by the end of September 2006.
There are three applications for pre-sale consent for commercial development pending approval. There are also two applications for consent to assign involving 1,650 units and two applications for consent to assign for commercial development pending approval.
The latest information on consents to sell units in uncompleted developments issued for the past six months and cases pending approval as of the end of August are available by calling 2147 5475 or visiting the department's website.
The names of the developer, its parent company, its solicitors, authorised person and the mortgagee bank in respect of individual development are also available through the hotline's fax-on-demand facilities or the website.
