San Po Kong lot to be auctioned
*
Lands Department

A site at the junction of Prince Edward Road East and King Fuk and King Tai Streets in San Po Kong will be auctioned on October 12 with a starting price of $3 billion.

The lot has a site area of 12,701 square metres and a minimum gross floor area of 68,586 square metres is required to be completed. It is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol-filling station) purposes.

The Lands Department said the lot, together with the Ex-Tin Kwong Road Police Married Quarters site in Ho Man Tin, will be auctioned at the Cultural Centre.

The conditions of sale will be available on the department's website by September 24, and the auction particulars will also be gazetted the same day.
