Ho Man Tin lot to be auctioned
*
Lands Department

The Ex-Tin Kwong Road Police Married Quarters site in Ho Man Tin will be auctioned on October 12 with a starting price of $5.02 billion.

The lot has a site area of 17,756 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. A minimum gross floor area of 95,883 square metres is required.

The Government has accepted the applicant's minimum guaranteed bid of $5.02 billion for the lot. This will be the starting price for the sale, the third Government land auction this year, which will take place at the Cultural Centre.

The conditions of sale will be posted on the Lands Department website by September 24, and the auction particulars will be gazetted on the same day.
