Sale and purchase agreements for all types of building units registered in the Land Registry in June was 9,029. Among them, 7,362 were for residential units, representing a slight decrease of 0.2% from last month, but up 52.3% compared with June last year.

 

The total consideration of these agreements in the month was $17.7 billion, down 10.8% from last month, but up 97.6% compared with the amount for June last year.

 

The total number of 9,029 agreements represents a slight drop of 0.2% from last month, but an increase of 50.2% compared with June last year.

 

The total consideration of these agreements in the month was $25 billion, down 0.2% from last month but up 117.2% compared with the amount for June last year.
