The Lands Department issued two consents for the sale of 1,916 residential units in April.

The two developments, located in Kowloon and on Hong Kong Island, are estimated to be completed by June this year and December next year respectively.

At the end of last month, there were 16 applications for pre-sale consent, involving 10,919 residential units, pending approval.

Among these applications, three cases involving 1,661 residential units are expected to be completed by December this year, and eight cases involving 6,790 residential units by October next year. The remaining five cases involving 2,468 residential units are due to be completed before February, 2006.

There were three applications for consent to assign, involving commercial units, pending approval.
