Three pre-sale consents issued in November

Lands Department

Three consents for the sale of 1,925 residential units in uncompleted development projects were issued last month, the Lands Department says.

 

They are scheduled for completion between February 2004 and February 2005.

 

November also saw 15 applications for pre-sale consent involving 8,740 residential units. They are expected to be completed before October 2005.

 

There were five applications for pre-sale consent involving commercial units in Kowloon.

 

In addition, there were three applications for consent to assign involving 2,418 residential units and two for commercial developments.
