12 pre-sale consents issued in Q3

Lands Department

The Lands Department issued 12 consents for the sale of residential units in uncompleted developments between July and September.

 

These consents involved the sale of 6,238 residential units in various districts of Hong Kong.

 

One of these developments, comprising 112 units, is expected to be completed this year, seven should be finished next year and the remaining four in 2005.

 

As at September 30, a further 12 applications for pre-sale consent involving 6,565 residential units in various locations were pending approval.

 

Of the 12 developments, two are expected to be completed this year, seven next year and three in 2005.

 

Six applications for pre-sale consent involving commercial units were also pending approval.
