Chief Secretary Henry Tang had a working meeting with Hong Kong & Macau Affairs Office Deputy Director Zhou Bo in Beijing today.
They exchanged views on issues including the progress of Hong Kong's participation in the preparation of the National 12th Five-Year Plan and Hong Kong-Guangdong co-operation that will further the social and economic development of Hong Kong.
