The Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Bureau is inviting public views on the implementation of the International Covenant on Civil & Political Rights in Hong Kong.

The Government is preparing for submission of its third report in the light of the covenant, and it will be submitted to the United Nations through the Central Government.

Views in respect of the topics outlined by the Government, or any other suggestions should be submitted to the bureau by July 15.
