Secretary for Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Stephen Lam will travel to Beijing, along with representatives from the Financial Services & the Treasury Bureau, the Transport & Housing Bureau, and the Environmental Protection Department.
They will meet National Development & Reform Commission officials to discuss Hong Kong's preparations in complementing the National 12th Five-Year Plan.
Mr Lam will leave Hong Kong tomorrow and return on Friday afternoon. Under Secretary for Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Adeline Wong will be Acting Secretary in his absence.
