Non-official members of the Executive Council have decided their monthly honorarium will remain unchanged.

The monthly honorarium of the convenor is $98,910 and that of other non-official members is $61,770.

Their monthly honorarium is annually adjusted in October according to movements in the Consumer Price Index (C), which averaged 1.8% for the past year.

However, non-official members have decided their monthly honorarium will not be increased.

They took a voluntary cut of their monthly honorarium by 5.38% from July 1, following the decision by the Chief Executive and politically-appointed officials to do the same.
