Lai Fan-fong elected DC member

Lai Fan-fong won the by-election held yesterday in Kwai Tsing District Council Kwai Shing East Estate constituency.

A total of 3,921 electors of the constituency cast their ballots, representing a 38.62% turnout.

Ms Lai got 1,451 votes and beat the other two candidates vying for the seat.
