3 to contest Kwai Tsing by-election

*

Three nominations have been determined valid for the Kwai Tsing District Council Kwai Shing East Estate Constituency by-election.

 

The nomination period ended today. The by-election will be held September 6.

 

The nominees are Lai Fan-fong who works in the social services sector, community affairs organiser Rayman Chow from the Neighbourhood & Worker's Service Centre, and social worker Li Chi-fai from the Kwai Tsing Community Force.

 

Community volunteer Robert Ng has withdrawn his nomination.

 

The Electoral Affairs Commission will hold a briefing on election-related activities and corruption prevention for candidates and their agents at the Kwai Hing Government Offices Building on August 11.
