More than 36,000 people visited the July 1 to 14 exhibition on Hong Kong's participation in World Expo 2010 in Shanghai.
Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office, Shanghai, Director Patrick Chan said today visitors were delighted to get a glimpse of what Hong Kong will showcase at next year's expo.
"The feedback from visitors was very positive. They expressed great interest in visiting the Hong Kong Pavilion during the Expo period. We are confident our pavilion will impress visitors with the connectivity and creativity of Hong Kong, which are the main themes of our participation," Mr Chan said.
The exhibition also highlighted Hong Kong's participation in the Urban Best Practices Area under the theme "Smart Card, Smart City, Smart Life".
In parallel with the two-week exhibition a poster gallery was also shown, comprising display panels reinforcing the theme of connectivity, including Hong Kong's ties with the Mainland and the world.
