Electrical & Mechanical Services head named

Stephen Chan
Fresh challenge: Stephen Chan will be promoted to Director of Electrical & Mechanical Services.
*

Deputy Director of Electrical & Mechanical Services Stephen Chan will succeed Ho Kwong-wai as the director starting May 3.

 

Mr Ho will proceed on pre-retirement leave the same day after 35 years of service with the Government.

 

Mr Chan, 57, joined the Government as an electrical and mechanical engineer in 1983. He was promoted to deputy director in September 2007. He is now in charge of the department's regulatory services.
