The Chief Executive has appointed Barry Cheung as the chairman of the Standing Committee on Disciplined Services Salaries & Conditions of Service for two years from January 1.

Reappointed committee members Chiang Lai-yuen and Wong Mee-chun have also been appointed as Police Sub-Committee chairman and the General Disciplined Services Sub-Committee chairman for two years.

Mark Lin and Michael Lee have been reappointed for two years, while Ip Kwok-him has been reappointed for a year.

Newly appointed members Margaret Leung and David Wong will serve for two years.

William Chan, an existing member, has been appointed the ICAC Sub-Committee chairman for one year.

The Government thanked outgoing chairman Henry Fan who will retire on December 31.
