Yuen Kwok-keung won yesterday's Wong Tai Sin District Council Tsz Wan West constituency by-election.

He got 2,635 votes to beat the other two candidates Lui Wing-kei (1,797 votes) and Lee Ling-fung (90 votes) vying for the seat.

He will fill the vacancy left by Tam Yuet-ping who died August 31.
