Online learning: LegCo members launch the enhanced "Civic Education Corner" on LegCo's website.

In just a click, youngsters can learn more about the Legislative Council through interesting animations and online games, while teachers can obtain handy information to prepare lessons from the enhanced "Civic Education Corner" on the LegCo website.

LegCo President Jasper Tsang launched the site today after the LegCo Building open day ceremony .

"The 'Civic Education Corner' is the first of a series of new initiatives for promoting the Council's public-education programmes," said Mr Tsang, adding LegCo members and the Secretariat will continue to enhance the public's understanding of the legislature's work and functions.

Managed by the LegCo Secretariat, the "Civic Education Corner" consists of four main themes: youth corner, teaching resources, civic education programmes and LegCo Building.

It also features a "What's Hot" section with the latest information on LegCo civic education activities; and a section covering five topics with more than 50 most frequently asked questions about LegCo.
