Chief Secretary Henry Tang will lead a government delegation to attend the Hong Kong-Shenzhen co-operation meeting in Shenzhen on November 13.

Shenzhen Mayor Xu Zongheng will lead his city's delegation.

Members of the Hong Kong delegation will include Secretary for Education Michael Suen, Secretary for Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Stephen Lam, Secretary for Development Carrie Lam, Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Rita Lau, Under Secretary for Transport & Housing Yau Shing-mu, and representatives from relevant bureaux and departments.
