Members of the public are couraged to express their views on the 2008-09 Policy Address at district forums moderated by Under Secretaries from different policy bureaux.

Organised by the District Offices of Home Affairs Department, the forums will be held in 18 districts from October 21 to 30.

Interested parties can call the District Offices for the forum schedule and registration.
