Clement Chen has been reappointed chairman of the Protection of Wages on Insolvency Fund Board for two years from April 1.
Mr Chen has been chairman since 2006.
Incumbent members Ma Ho-fai, Patrick Chan, Cheung Pak-chi and Chan Wai-lun have also been reappointed, while David Wong and Lam Suk-fun are new members.
The board is constituted under the Protection of Wages on Insolvency Ordinance with the task of administering the fund which provides ex-gratia payments to employees whose employers become insolvent.
