Chiang Lai-yuen has been appointed a member of the Standing Committee on Directorate Salaries & Conditions of Service for two years from April 1. Incumbent chairman Vincent Cheng and member Tim Lui have been reappointed for one year.
The Civil Service Bureau today thanked retiring member Dr Thomas Leung for his six years' service.
The committee advises the Government on the structure and matters relating to the pay and conditions of the civil service at directorate level. Other serving members are Teresa Ko, Nicky Lo and Chow Chung-kong.
