The Chief Executive has re-appointed incumbent chairwoman Priscilla Wong and four members to the Appeal Board under the Betting Duty Ordinance, and appointed three new members.

The appointments are for two years with effect from March 10.

The four re-appointed members are Cheung Chiu-fan, Fung Man-wai, Lau Pui-king and Judy Tong. The three new members are Raymond Wong, Stanley Choi and Sabrina Leung. The appointments were gazetted today.

The appeal board determines appeals lodged by the licensees of authorised lotteries, horse race and football betting relating to the variation of the licensing conditions, the imposition of financial penalty on the licensee, and the revocation of licence.
