Chief Executive Donald Tsang will attend the 11th National People's Congress first session opening ceremony on March 5 in Beijing.

Accompanying him will be Chief Executive's Office Director Norman Chan, Private Secretary Kenneth Mak, Senior Special Assistant Chan Kin-ping, Director of Information Services Betty Fung and Assistant Director (Media) Donald Chen.

Mr Tsang will return to Hong Kong on March 6. Chief Secretary Henry Tang will act as Chief Executive during his absence.
