Seven Transport Department e-services have migrated to the GovHK website from the ESDLife portal.

The services are:

* application for renewal of full driving licence;

* application for renewal of vehicle licence;

* application for driving tests;

* application for certificate particulars of motor vehicles;

* enquiries about the availability of vehicle registration marks and application for reserving traditional marks for auction;

* booking of annual vehicle examination; and,

* change of address.
