A $648,000 Disaster Relief Fund grant has been approved for the Cedar Fund for a relief project to aid cyclone victims in Bangladesh.
Further to a grant of $3 million to World Vision Hong Kong in early December for emergency relief to Bangladesh cyclone victims, this grant takes the total grant value for the disaster victims to $3.648 million.
To ensure the money is used properly the group must submit an evaluation report and audited accounts after the project has been completed.
