Chief Executive Donald Tsang will meet the visiting United Mexican States Foreign Minister Ambassador Patricia Espinosa on November 20.

During the Foreign Minister's official visit to Hong Kong from November 19 to 21, she will chair a two-day regional conference with Mexican Ambassadors and Consuls General working in the Asia-Pacific Region.
