The Financial Secretary has appointed Peter Griffiths and Cynthia Tang members of the Market Misconduct Tribunal to probe the listed securities of Sunny Global Holdings in 2003.

Mr Griffiths is the General Counsel of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Ms Tang is a practising solicitor. They are familiar with the operation of Hong Kong's financial markets. They will sit on the tribunal under the chairmanship of Court of First Instance Justice Lunn.

The hearing will start at 4.30pm November 5 at the tribunal.
